Andhra - pappu



Pappu will be a dilicious and regular recipe in andhra. People will have this daily and never get bored.

Ingredient:
1 Cup toor dal
2 Tomato
1 Onion
3 Green chillies
4 red chillies
tamarid paste as required
turmeric as required
Salt as required

Add toor dal, tomato ( cut into small pieces) , onion, green and red chilles, tamarid paste, salt and turmeric powder in a cooker with water.
Wait till 4 whistles. Mash the content by adding little amount of water.
Take a pan , add oil and wait till it is heated. Now add musturd seed and the mashed content.
Heat it till it is boiled.
Garnish with corriander.
Use it with rice. ( add ghee if required ).
