Ingredients:
2 cup boiled potato
1 cup soya chunks
4 slices bread (white bread)
1 big onion
1 big onion
1tbsp chilly powder
salt as per taste
1 cup chopped coriander
oil for frying
Method:
- With water boil soya chunks for 2 mins,drain the water and squeeze extra water in soya.
- Dip the bread in water and squeeze the water,now make the bread into dough.
- Add potato,bread,soya and chopped onion,salt,chilly powder,coriander mix all and make it like chapati dough.
- With a skillet add a spoon of oil,make like cutlet shapes of the potato dough and shallow fry this till it turs golden colour.
- Serve this with tomato ketchep.
