Ingredients:
2 red bell peppers
1/2 cup roasted ground nuts
1 big onion
1 big onion
7-8 red chillies
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp tamarind paste
salt as per taste
Method:
- In a pan with oil add red chili,onion fry till its turns light brown then add bell pepper fry this for about 10-12mins pepper turns it colour.
- With blender or mixer add all ingredients as above and blend it with 1/2 cup water.chutney should be finely grounded.
- If u like to tamper it u can add oil, mustard and some curry leaves.
