Ingredients:
1 cup roasted peanut
1 Medium onion
6-7 Red chillies
1 teaspoon Dhania
tamarind paste
Salt as required
For seasoning:
1 Spoon oil
1 Spoon oil
1/2 Spoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 Spoon Jeera
Steps:
- Heat a pan with one spoon of oil,add red chillies and dhania.fry this for a minute.
- Keep that aside.Then add the oinon in the pan and fry it, until it turns golden brown.
- Then turn off and keepaside and let it cool. With blender or mixie add all spices with tamarind paste and salt as you required and add the roasted peanut with some water and blend it to a paste.
Heat a teaspoon of oil tamper mustard and jeera seeds.
This goes well with Dosa,Idli and Upma
