Ingredients:
4 cups rice
1 cup urad Dal
5-6 fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp salt
Method:
- Soak the rice overnight.
- Grind first rice not to coarse point and keep that aside
- Now add urad Dal this should be grounded finely.
- Add salt to the batter and stir it and keep aside .
- The batter should soak overnight till the batter comes out of the container.then take and stir nicely and it is now ready for idly and dosa.
